Raffles City Chongqing

Raffles City Chongqing, located in Chaotianmen, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, is one of Singapore's largest investment projects in China. It was designed by the world-renowned architect Moshe Safdie and has become one of Chongqing’s new landmarks.

Visitors can shop and dine at Raffles City Mall. It is one of Chongqing's high-end shopping centers, featuring many luxury brands and numerous restaurants, where visitors can enjoy meals while taking in views of the river.

At the top of Raffles City is a Crystal Skybridge, which is a paid observation spot. Visitors can take a dedicated high-speed elevator directly to the observation platform 250 meters above ground, where they can enjoy 360-degree views of Chongqing. Part of the Crystal Skybridge is made of fully transparent glass, allowing visitors to see hundreds of meters down to the river, so those with a fear of heights should prepare themselves. It is recommended to visit at dusk to see the sunset and enjoy the night view of Chongqing.

It is recommended to visit Raffles City Chongqing together with Chaotianmen Square. If you plan to shop and rest, a half-day visit is suggested. If you just want a quick photo and sightseeing stop, it can be done in under 30 minutes.
