Shanyue Bingpu(山月冰铺), officially named Shanyueji Bingpu, is located in Huanghuang Village, Lucaogou Town, Huocheng County, Ili, Xinjiang.
Their handmade ice cream isn’t as sweet as traditional ice cream. It uses high-quality milk from Xinjiang, giving it a rich and distinctive local flavor.
The shop has also been featured on many Chinese TV programs, and several Chinese celebrities have visited and shared their experiences there.
In 2025, Shanyue Bingpu’s ice cream ranked first in Ili for taste, environment, service, and overall customer reviews.
